Addy Jain was born as Abhishek Jain in 2004 (age 18 years; as of 2022) in New Delhi.

At the age of 13, he began going to the gym to work out. By the time he turned 14, he expressed his desire to his gym trainer about wanting to participate in bodybuilding competitions. In response, the trainer offered him some pills and powder, suggesting that consuming them before training would give better results. When he shared his trainer’s suggestion with his parents, his mother spoke to his coach to inquire further. The coach assured her that the pills were simply multivitamin tablets, and this explanation convinced her. Addy followed the coach’s instructions and consumed the pills and powder for 3 weeks. However, once his parents discovered that the supplements were harmful, he quit the gym. In 2022, he participated in the Naresh Surya Classic bodybuilding competition.

He revealed that he works out three times a day and takes care of his diet. He also shared that due to his dedication and commitment to his fitness goals, he had chosen a different lifestyle and did not go to parties with friends. As a result, he mentioned not having many friends. During his audition on the show, he impressed the gang leaders by showcasing his skills in fighting, dancing, and demonstrating strength moves. After he showcased his talent, it was up to the gang leaders to decide how much rodiums they wanted to invest in him.
