Career

On one of the episodes of the show, Varsha Bumra disclosed that she and her husband were daily wage earners. She worked with a building construction company in Haryana before becoming one of the participants of the dance reality show DID Super Moms in July 2022. She further added in the conversation with the host of the show that she liked the videos of Vartika Jha on YouTube and was inspired by them to dance. She learnt dancing while watching these videos after work. Gradually, she gained experience in various dance styles such as popping, Hip Hop, and belly dance.

According to Varsha Bumra Saroha, she was highly motivated by her husband to learn dance and participate in local dancing shows before appearing in the DID Super Moms in 2022. While conversing with a media house, he disclosed that her choreographer on the show Vartika Jha was her role model, and Varsha was following her dance videos on YouTube since Vartika appeared on the dance reality show ‘Dance Plus 4.’ Varsha said,

I used to watch her videos and learn dance steps from watching them. It was not easy for me to continue my dance practice, especially after marriage as people used to raise questions, ‘you will be dancing on stage after marriage? Will it look good. But whenever I used to look at my son, I had a feeling like, ‘I have to work hard for him. I must mention here that I got a lot of support from my husband.”

Varsha Bumra competed with the other five finalists Anila Ranjan, Ridhi Tiwari, Sadhna Mishra, Alpana Pandey, and Sadika Khan on the show DID Super Moms in 2022. According to Varsha, she likes dancing and frequently participated in many local dancing shows before marriage.

Facts/Trivia

• In 2022, during the show, DID Super Moms, the Indian singer Mika Singh officially stated that he would bear all the educational expenses of Varsha’s son after she won the DID title. He was one of the guests of the show during its finale. Soon after hearing this, Varsha stated on the stage that she was very thankful to Mika Singh and was very happy. Varsha said,
