Theatre

While studying in college, Kulkarni joined the Mithibai Drama Team. In 2013, he made his debut as a professional theatre artist by performing in a play at the youth theatre festival and organization ‘Thespo.’ In 2014, he performed in the play ‘The EQ,’ written by Amatya Gordia.

Apart from acting, he has also worked as a lighting designer for the various stage plays including Tata Literature Live.

Film

Omkar Kulkarni made his film debut with the Marathi film ‘Dream Mall’ in 2015. He appeared as a sound engineer in the Hindi film ‘Shor Se Shuruaat’ (2016).

He essayed the role of Anton in the Hindi film ‘3 Storeys’ (2018), starring Sharman Joshi. In 2020, he appeared as a professor in the short Hindi film ‘Money Heist X Free Fire: Summer Holiday Heist.’ The film was streamed on the YouTube channel Free Fire India Official.

In 2022, he appeared in the Hindi film ‘Middle-Class Love’ in which he played the role of rapper named Oshir Pannu.

Web Series

He appeared alongside Rohan Shah in the Hindi web series ‘CyberSquad’ (2017), premiered on ALTBalaji. He essayed the role of Rocky in the web series.

In 2019, he played the role of Shiv in the TVF web series ‘The Insiders,’ which streamed on MX Player.
