Sadda M Hussain made his debut in the Telugu film industry as a child artist with Praneeth’s directorial Ramudu Manchi Baludu (2015). He did a cameo in the 2022 Gopinath Reddy’s Telugu-language Sammathame. In 2022, Hussain was cast in the Telugu-language film ‘Ginna’ in which he played the role of Satti Pandu. He played the role of Koushik in Anil Kumar Aalla’s Telugu-language family drama ‘Kalyanam Kamaneeyam,’ which was released in January 2023.

He made his television debut with the Telugu stand-up comedy reality show Patas in 2015. The comedian became famous through the show and was associated with the show between 2015 and 2020. In 2020, he was part of the Telugu stand-up comedy reality show Adhirindhi telecasted on Zee Telugu. Later, Hussain joined the Comedy Stars (Telugu) which was telecasted on Star Maa. In 2023, he joined the Telugu satirical sketch comedy reality show Jabardasth telecasted on ETV.

Facts/Trivia
- While speaking about his college days in an interview, the comedian pointed out that while he was studying for a bachelor’s degree, he visited Hyderabad, Telangana, with just Rs. 270; he planned to visit the Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad and Krishna Nagar, Hyderabad. He toured around Hyderabad and visited the famous Ramoji Film City and got to know the hardships behind becoming an actor when he came across many struggling actors.
- He could not last for long in Hyderabad with the meagre sum and when he ran out of money, he decided to go back to his village and boarded a train illegally; however, before he started his journey a Traveling Ticket Examiner(TTE) noticed him and reprimanded Hussain for what he did and demanded him to pay the fine. Hussain, however, took advantage of the TTE and convinced him to settle without paying the fine. While speaking about this in an interview, he revealed that he lied to the TTE; he informed the TTE that someone looted him of Rs. 10,000 by promising to cast in a film. to someone who offered a role in a film. The TTE believed his story and did not slap him a fine but gave Rs. 50 for the actor’s expenses on the way back home. The actor said that was his first payment for an acting performance.

- Saddam completed his bachelor’s degree in 2012 and wanted to pursue a career in acting. He shifted from Allagadda, Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, to Hyderabad, Telangana, to become an actor. Later, he performed in various comedy skits at different stage shows before he became busy with acting.

- On 1 September 2022, the music video ‘Ethara Janda Janasena’ was released on YouTube. The concept and direction were by the actor, and in an interview, he revealed that the song was a tribute to the Telugu actor and politician Pawan Kalyan.

- In December 2022, according to some sources, the comedian got into a feud with the Telugu stand-up comedian Hyper Aadi. While speaking about this in an interview, Aadi accused Hussain of insulting him in one of the comedy skits and berated Saddam. The clash intensified when Saddam claimed that his videos were more popular than Aadi’s; his claims agitated Aadi, who lashed out at Hussain and stated his videos were more popular and made fun of the actor through a series of his skits. On 31 December 2022, some reports suggested that they both spent quality time together at a new year party and put the altercation news to rest.
