Anicka Vikramman made her acting debut in 2019 with the Tamil horror film “Jasmine” in which she played the lead role.

In 2021, she appeared in two more Tamil films titled “Enga Pattan Sothu (EPS)” and “Ikk.” In the same year, she debuted in the Telugu film industry with the film “First Time.” In the film, she appeared in the lead role opposite Akhil Sarthak.

In 2022, she appeared in the Tamil film “Vishamakaran” in which she played the role of Aigiri.

Brutally beaten by ex-boyfriend

In 2023, she filed a complaint against her ex-boyfriend named Anoop Pillai, who beat her brutally. On 6 March 2023, Anicka Vikramman shared a post on Instagram in which she revealed that her ex-boyfriend used to torture her mentally and physically. She mentioned in her post that when she was in a relationship with him, he hit her twice. And when he hit her for the second time, she tried to file a complaint against him, but Anoop bribed the cops which led to the tables being turned against her. Later, she broke up with Anoop and he pleads to become friends with her. She further told that after their breakup he used to trace her by hacking her WhatsApp and used to threaten her. In 2023, she beat her brutally so that she couldn’t shoot for films. She also shared her photo in the post of before and after being beaten.
