Although she never pursued a course in acting, she secured herself the lead role in the film Veloce come il vento (2016) when a casting director saw some of her pictures on Facebook. Apparently, the casting director wasn’t looking for an established actress as he was searching for woman who spoke dialect from the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy. In an interview, she said,
I didn’t train to be an actress. I never went to a school of acting. I just started acting in a very strange and casual way. So I think I realized that I wanted to be an actress when I saw my first movie coming out, and I felt so happy and excited.”
After securing a role in the film Veloce come il vento (2016), she pursued a workshop by the acting coach, Doris Hicks.
