Leo Grewal is an Indian singer, lyricist, and composer, who mainly works in the Punjabi music industry. He is best known for the crowd-puller Break Up Party (2012), with singer-rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh. He also works under the pseudonyms Leo and Dope Boy Leo. Leo Grewal was born as Karandeep Singh Grewal [3]Karandeep Singh Grewal – Instagram Leo Grewal set foot into the Punjabi music industry after making acquaintance with Yo Yo Honey Singh around 2008-09. He approached Honey Singh using his manager’s phone number mentioned on his music cassette. In 2012, he shot to fame with the song Break Up Party, produced in collaboration with Honey Singh. However, belonging to a family of farmers, Leo did not desire to become a singer full-time back then. He hardly made a few songs in the following years. In 2023, he made a comeback with the song Sports Gaddiyan.

In 2012, Leo Grewal came into the limelight with his debut single Break Up Party featuring rap by Yo Yo Honey Singh, which turned out to be a chartbuster song.
In 2014, he voiced the song Oxford Street, released under the label Sony Music India. In 2015, he released the song Text under the music label Acme Muzic. Thereafter, he released various songs under the name Dope Boy Leo including Bam Bam Bholey (2015), Woofer Baja (2016), Mere Haathon Me Do Do Rifle Hain (2016), Bhole Bhole (2017), Body Language (2017), Roller Coaster (2020).
He worked as a lyricist with Honey Singh and Singhsta to write the lyrics of the song Peeyu Datt Ke from the Bollywood film Marjaavaan (2019).
In 2023, he released the songs Can’t Find Me and Sports Gaddiyan along with Honey Singh.
He wrote the lyrics of the song Let’s Get It Party along with Honey Singh for his album Honey 3.0 (2023). In the same year, he announced the release of the first Extended play “Retrospect.”
Other Punjabi songs under his belt include Gucci Snakes (2022) and Beemer (2023).
