Reportedly, she was in a relationship with the Bollywood actor, Inder Kumar, who died in 2017. Due to Inder’s excessive drinking habit, the couple had parted their ways.

Isha started her career as a model and participated in Miss India contest (1995), in which she won Miss Talent crown. She debuted as an actor in the Tamil film ‘Kaadhal Kavithai’ in 1998. She made her debut in Bollywood with Fiza (2000). She has acted in various regional language films such as Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Marathi. Some of her Hindi films are- Pinjar (2003), Krishna Cottage (2004), Don (2006), and Ek Vivaah… Aisa Bhi (2008). Her two hit Bollywood item songs are- ‘Khallas’ from Company (2002) and ‘Ishq Samundar’ from ‘Kaante’ (2002). She has judged a few TV shows including Nach Baliye 3 (2007). In 2019, she appeared in the ALT Balaji’s Hindi web series- Fixerr.
