Inseeya Khambati began her career as a tarot card reader in Hyderabad, India, in 1997. In January 2000, Inseeya Khambati became the director of Zen Holistic in Hyderabad. In 2003, she was introduced to Reiki by her mentor, Dr. Anand. In 2010, she started working part-time as a holistic healer in Hyderabad.

In May 2012, Inseeya Khambati left Zen Holistic. In September 2012, she became a director at Apotheosis of Mystique in Hyderabad. In November 2017, Inseeya Khambati started working as a life mentor at InZen in Dubai, UAE.
