Husband

In February 2023, she got married to the Pakistani actor Arslan Khan.

She met Arslan for the first time through a mutual friend. Once, after a power breakdown in Karachi, she shifted to her friend’s house. Her friend was a mutual friend with Arslan. Soon, Hira and Arslan became friends and fell in love with each other. Hira then proposed Arslan for marriage in a flashmob setup.

Model

In 2017, she came to know about the beauty pageant Miss Veet Pakistan competition through Facebook. She auditioned for it from Lahore and ended up winning the contest. In the final round of the contest, judges questioned the top three contestants. One of the judges, Adnan Siddiqui asked Hira,

Out of the rest of the two finalists who deserved to win the contest?”

To which she replied,

Apart from me, if I have to choose one that would be Nafia (other contestant), as Nafia was once eliminated from the contest even then she worked hard to get back in the contest.”

Another judge Mahira Khan asked her favourite word and least favourite word. Hira replied,

Alhamdulillah is my favourite word and least favourite word is all abusive words.”

The third judge Aamna Sheikh asked her about the moments in the contest when she was disappointed with the judges and the show. Hira replied,

She was called overconfident in the show, which she did not like.”

On winning the contest, she signed a one-year contract with Veet. She then featured in TV commercials for various brands like Ufone Pakistan, Sprite, and Tooo Gud Biscuit. She has also been featured in print advertisements for various brands.

Actor

In 2021, she made her debut as an actor with the Urdu TV drama ‘Phaans,’ which aired on Hum TV. She played the role of Farah in the drama.

Some of her other Urdu TV dramas are ‘Mere Humsafar’ (2021; ARY Digital), ‘Rang Mahal’ (2021; Geo TV), and ‘Woh Pagal Si’ (2022; ARY Digital).

In 2020, she appeared in the Urdu short film ‘Mulaqat.’
