Career

She is a certified lawyer in Canada. In 2021, she was nominated as the Liberal Party of Canada candidate from the Mission-Matsqui-Fraser Canyon federal electoral district.

She accompanied Justin Trudeau, the Prime Minister of Canada, and his team in various political campaigns for the 2021 Canadian federal election.

Geet could not win the 2021 Canadian federal election and was defeated by Brad Vis, Conservative Party candidate, by around 8,000 votes in 2021. Geet got 24.5% of the total votes, whereas Brad got 43.9% of the total votes. In 2021, Geet Grewal appeared as a chief guest at the National Kabaddi Association of Canada.
