Falaq’s father belongs to Rajasthan. Her mother’s name is Kehekshan Faisi. Falaq Naaz has a sister named Shafaq Naaz and two brothers named Sheezan Mohammed Khan, and Ahaan Mohammed Khan. Shafaq Naaz and Sheezan Khan are actors.

Falaq Naaz’s parents separated when she was 11 years old. In an interview, she revealed that her parents had an arranged marriage, and her father had previously been married. Falaq added that although her father’s family initiated the proposal of marriage to her mother, they did not like her. Falaq said that her father’s family falsely claimed that he was a divorcee. Eventually, her father faced a business loss, and his first wife reentered his life. Television

Falaq Naaz made her acting debut with the serial ‘Devon Ke Dev…Mahadev’ (2011) in which she played the role of Goddess Lakshmi; the serial was aired on the channel Life OK. Falaq appeared as ‘Jhanvi Bharadwaj Malhotra’ in a daily soap opera titled ‘Sasural Simar Ka’ (2013-2017), which aired on Colors TV.

She played the role of Chhabili in the supernatural series ‘Vish Ya Amrit: Sitara’ (2018-2019). It was aired on Colors TV channel.

Falaz Naaz appeared in many other television serials including ‘Laal Ishq’ (2018), ‘Ram Siya Ke Luv Kush’ (2019), and ‘Jai Kanhaiya Lal Ki’ (2021). In 2023, she appeared in Bigg Boss OTT Season 2 as a contestant.

Facts/Trivia

• Naaz has a deep love for dance. In 2010, she received dance training from prominent Bollywood dance choreographer Saroj Khan. In an interview, she talked about this and said that she was living in Meerut when her mother saw an advertisement in a newspaper for a dance institute named IFTI, where Saroj Khan was one of the faculty members. Encouraged by her mother, Naaz decided to give it a shot, despite her initial doubts about the institute. After going through three rounds of auditions, she was selected for admission while securing the first position. • Reportedly in 2016, Falaq Naaz and Shafaq Naaz experienced a public falling out when Shafaq accused her mother of mismanaging money and controlling her career. Following this, Shafaq started living separately. In 2018, Falaq, in an interview, mentioned that Shafaq fought with her mother because of which she broke ties with her. She further added that when Shafaq distanced herself from the family, she declared that they were all dead to her. ^[6]The Times of India While talking about this, in the interview, Falaq Naaz said,
  

  Under the influence of someone from our family, she (Shafaq) fought with my mother and left us without thinking about the consequences. Though she never fought with me, I am not able to fathom the fact that she put such serious allegations on our mother. She, being a single mother, has sacrificed a lot for us. I have seen my mother do so much for us and can’t leave her like this. I can’t see my mom suffer every day and therefore, have broken ties with her. While leaving us, she herself said that we are dead for her.

• Falaq’s brother Sheezan Mohammed Khan was arrested by Waliv police on 25 December 2022 under IPC Section 306 for abetment to suicide in the Tunisha Sharma suicide case. In the same year, the Naaz sisters came together for a press conference. During the conference, Falaq Naaz and her family addressed the accusations made by Tunisha Sharma’s mother, Vanita Sharma, and presented evidence to support their claims regarding Tunisha’s death. Falaq emphasized the close bond they shared with Tunisha, considering her a part of their family.
