Arundhati Garnaik was born on Wednesday, 30 July 1997 (age 26 years; as of 2023) in Angul, Orissa (now, Odisha). Her zodiac sign is Leo. She did her schooling at Venkateswar English Medium School in Rasulgarh, Bhubaneswar, and Loyola School, Bhubaneswar. Career
Arundhati Garnaik participated as a contestant in the dance reality TV show Dance India Dance Season 4 in 2014, and she managed to make it to the top six finalists of the show. However, during her participation, she experienced a severe spinal cord injury and was forced to quit the show.
In 2016, she appeared on the dance reality show So You Think You Can Dance, which aired on & TV.
Arundhati Garnaik joined the Terence Lewis Dance Company (TLDC) in Mumbai in 2016. She became a part of Terence Lewis‘s ‘The Kamshet Project: A Beauty within the Beast’ in 2020.
In the same year, she and her team danced at the premiere of the Kabbadi World Cup, which was organised at the Punjab Stadium in Lahore. In 2020, Arundhati Garnaik and her team performed at the Khelo India University Games in Cuttack, Odisha.
Thereafter, she participated as a contestant in the dance show The Great India Dance Off, which aired on Flipkart Video in 2020.
Arundhati Garnaik took part in the third season of the dance reality show Dance Deewane, which was aired on Colors TV in 2021.
She then appeared as a contestant in a dance reality show titled Dance Ikon, which aired on AHA in 2022.
Arundhati Garnaik appeared as a choreographer in the dance reality show ‘India’s Best Dancer’ on Sony Entertainment Television in 2023.
The following year, she participated in the 11th season of the dance reality show ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa’ as a choreographer for Glenn Saldanha. This show was aired on Sony Entertainment Television.
