Subhashree Rayaguru started her career in modelling during her college days. She has modelled for many clothing brands like Aanchal Dey Couture and Neerus India.

In 2020, she participated in the beauty pageant VLCC Femina Miss India Odisha and emerged as the winner of the contest.

She has been featured in TV advertisements for various brands like Azar, Chicnutrix, and Sephora.
