Spandana began her modelling career in 2017. Within a year, she got associated with several designers and brands. She participated in and won various beauty pageant titles including Miss Icon Chhattisgarh 2017 and Miss Getaway Goddess 2018, organised by Femina Miss India. Spandana was in the top 12 at Femina Miss India 2018. She took home the title of FBB Colors Femina Miss India Chhattisgarh 2018.
