Shantanu Raje owns a restaurant ‘Shantanu Restaurant’ in Mumbai, which was established in 1999 by his father. As of 2022, the restaurant has two outlets in Mumbai- the first is the Ghodbunder Outlet located in Vijay Nagri Complex, Waghbil, Thane, and the second one is Khopat Outlet which is located at Unit 57, Cadbury Junction, Punjani Estate, Thane.

He began his career as an airline pilot in February 2020 after he got employed with InterGlobe Aviation Ltd. (IndiGo Airlines). He is the pilot of Airbus 320 at IndiGo Airlines.
