On 6 May 2021, Saloni got married to Viraf Patel, a Parsi [6]India Today, who is an actor, model, and screenwriter from Mumbai. The couple tied the knot in a simple ceremony at the Bandra Court, Mumbai. In 2019, the couple met on the shooting set of a show and gradually developed romantic feelings for each other. Saloni got engaged to Viraf on 20 February 2021.

Career

After completing her engineering, in 2016, Saloni started working with the multinational company Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as a Java developer. Due to the monotonous routine of a corporate job, she decided to explore other career options, and eventually, she left her job at TCS. Saloni decided to pursue an MBA, and consequently, she gave the entrance exam and cleared it. Before joining the college for pursuing MBA, she was approached by the Delhi-based modelling agency Purple Thoughts, where she signed a contract of six months to model on behalf of the agency. While working for the modelling agency, Saloni met new people, travelled to various places, and grabbed different modelling and ramp opportunities, which ultimately motivated her to switch her profession from an engineer to a model. For a particular modelling assignment shoot, Saloni visited Mumbai, and later she got herself enrolled in an acting and theatre class in Mumbai. Consequently, Saloni got inclined towards acting and performed in various theatrical productions.
