RJ Anmol has worked as a radio jockey and host on a variety of shows. He became popular with his radio show Purani Jeans-Anmol Ke Saath, which made Radio Mirchi the number-one radio channel in Mumbai. He later hosted a celebrity talk show My Life My Story on Netflix. He later hosted the show Anmol Ki Anmol Kahaaniya on Radio Nasha.

- In 2016, he ran a radio campaign #RoadforRafi to change the name of the 16th road Bandra to Mohd Rafi Marg which was well supported by his listeners.
- People were shocked in 2023 when he disclosed that he got married to Amrita Rao in 2014; however, they kept their marriage a secret for two years until 2016. He also revealed that they had a very simple wedding which cost only Rs 1.5 Lakhs. Amrita Rao wore a saree costing Rs 3000, and Anmol wore a dress which cost only Rs 2500.
