She was born in the royal family of Habsburg dynasty. Her great-grandparents had been exiled from Austria after the First World War. Her great-grandfather was Charles 1 of Austria who died in 1922. Her great-grandmother, Zita died at the age of 96.

Her father, Prince Piotr Galitzine is a Russian aristocrat. Her mother, Archduchess Maria Anna is the daughter of the Archduke Rudolf of Austria who was the youngest son of Emperor Charles I of Austria and Empress Zita of Bourbon-Parma. She had three sisters Princess Xenia, Princess Tatiana, Princess Alexandra; and two brothers, Prince Dimitri and Prince Ionn Teimouraz.

Career

After completing her graduation, she started her career as an interior designer in Brussels and Chicago, and later, she settled in Houston.

Death

She passed away due to sudden cardiac aneurysm on 4 May 2020 in Houston. Her body was buried in Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery in Houston.
