Pawan Singh was born in 1998 (age 25 years; at the time of death) in Hariharapura village in Krishnarajpet taluka of Mandya district in Karnataka, India. After completing his formal education, he pursued a career in the entertainment field. He later moved to Mumbai where he lived with his parents.

Death
He died on the morning of 18 August 2023, around 5 am at his residence in Mumbai. As per one source, he died due to a cardiac arrest, and as per another source, he died due to a heart attack. Several people condemned the news of his untimely death and drew comparisons to the untimely deaths of Kannada superstar Puneeth Rajkumar and Spandana Vijay Raghavendra, the wife of a Kannada actor. His funeral was done by his family members at his ancestral village of Hariharapura village in Krishnarajpet taluka of Mandya district in Karnataka.
