Jaffar Babu was born in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh. He did his graduation in Journalism and Mass Communication. Jaffar is a reporter and an input editor at TV9 channel. As a reporter, he has done the show titled “Mukha Mukhi” on TV9, that went viral on the social media for its content. In the show, he took interviews of the well-known personalities from the political, entertainment, and business backgrounds. For this show, he received an award from the Delhi Telugu Academy.
He was also seen in shows like “Eye Witness” and “Crime Factor,” which gave a great push to his career. He made his acting debut with the Tamil Film “Verenna Vendum” (2001).
In 2019, Babu entered the game reality show “Big Boss Telugu 3” as a contestant.
