Srinu Boddupalli, known by his stage name Getup Srinu, is an Indian film actor, stand-up comedian, and television presenter who mainly works in the Telugu entertainment industry. He earned the name ‘Getup’ for appearing in numerous getups on Telugu TV’s comedy show Jabardasth and its extended version, Extra Jabardasth. On the shows, he mimics Telugu film actors in Sudigali Sudheer’s team. He is also known for hosting the show Cinema Chupista Mama on ETV Plus. Apart from his TV career, he has starred in several Telugu films like Rangasthalam (2018), Zombie Reddy (2021), and Waltair Veerayya (2023).
Srinu Boddupalli Chai Pakodi was born on Wednesday, 12 December 1984 (age 38 years; as of 2023) in Chinamillipadu village in Akividu Mandal, West Godavari District of Andhra Pradesh. His zodiac sign is Sagittarius. Hailing from a humble background, his parents came to Kalingagudem as migrant labourers from Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh. In 2013, Srinu Boddupalli came into the limelight with the Telugu Sketch comedy show Jabardasth. Later, he also appeared in Jabardasth’s extended version, Extra Jabardasth.
