In 2008, she started working as an observer at Westmead Hospital in Sydney, Australia. She then joined Cardiology and Neurology Department, Delhi as a senior resident in 2009. She worked as a consultant in Internal Medicine, Rockland Hospitals, New Delhi from 2010 to 2012. She then joined Internal Medicine, Fortis Memorial Research Institute Gurgaon as a consultant. In 2013, she worked as a Senior Consultant in Internal Medicine in urgent care centre’s Delhi and Gurgaon. In 2014, she joined Saket City Hospital as an advisor to the Chairman, Director of Smart Living, and worked there for almost six years. In 2017, she started hosting a popular Health Programme, ‘Dr Swati Show,’ aired on five TV channels, Aaj Tak, News 24, Green TV, OK India, and Tora TV. She has appeared in many TV programs for creating health awareness.
