Agastya Chauhan was an Indian YouTuber whose YouTube channel Pro Rider 1000 had more than 1 million subscribers. He died in a road accident on 3 May 2023 in Delhi after his bike lost control while he was riding it at an alleged speed of more than 300 kmph.

Pro Rider 1000 YouTube Channel
He started his YouTube channel Pro Rider 1000 on 16 August 2020 where he posted videos of himself riding bikes at his speeds and doing stunts like wheelie with them. He owned 2 bikes KTM 390 and Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10RΒ and often went on long rides with his father and friends. Controversy
Arrested by Police
His name was on the list of 12 vloggers who were identified by Dehradun Police in January 2023 for rash and dangerous driving. On 12 March 2023, a policeman stopped Agastay while he was riding his bike; however, he pushed him and then rode away. On 20 March 2023, police arrested him while riding, and he was taken to the police station. His father got him released and changed his bike’s exhaust to avoid any further confrontation. Death
He was riding his Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R bike along with four other friends who were riding their respective bikes, and he was going for a YouTubers Meetup in Delhi from Dehradun via Yamuna Expressway. When he was riding near Point 46 in the Tappal area of Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh on the Expressway at 10 am on 3 May 2023, he lost control of his bike following which it toppled many times. His helmet came off during the impact, fell several meters away and was shredded into pieces. Agastay’s head was fatally injured, and he died on the spot on 3 May 2023. His friends had driven ahead of him when his bike lost control, and some local people informed the Police about the accident. His parents were going to drop his sister off at Delhi Airport for her studies in London when they were informed about the situation. His body was sent to Kailash Hospital in Jewar, Greater Noida for autopsy. Allegedly the speed of his bike was more than 300 kmph when it lost control. After the sad news of his demise broke out, his fans and friends poured in their condolences, and a few YouTubers raised doubts that it could be a hit-and-run case.
