Fitness Influencer
When she was 18, she started using different types of medicines including amphetamines to shed weight; however, her weight kept on increasing which made her depressed. Her weight later rose to more than 100 kgs, and she also got addicted to alcohol and drugs.
Weight Loss Journey
In her late 30s, she started her weight loss journey in a natural way which included exercising and dieting. In a social media post on her blog Drika Da Blog, she mentioned that she never consulted a dietitian for her diet.

She further wrote that she did not even have clothes of her choice; however, she stayed focused on losing weight. She used social media for motivation and spreading positive influence which made her popular. Around 2015, she lost more than 35 kgs in the first 8 months, and around 10 kgs in the next 7 months. When she died in 2023, she had more than 600 thousand followers on Instagram and 1.7 million followers on Facebook.

In the early 2020s, she also launched her own clothing line, particularly plus-sized gym wear named Drikas Store.

Death
Adriana Thyssen died on 17 September 2023 at her home in Uberlândia, Brazil at the age of 49 years. Although the cause of her death was not revealed, her family confirmed the news of her passing. She was buried in Araguari on 18 September 2023. [2]G1
