The show is a Hindi remake of a Bengali show “Gaatchora.’ In an interview, he talked about his role in the show and said,
I have stepped out of my comfort zone by taking up the character as I’m not like Garry in my real life. Garry is a casanova and a misogynist and I’m none of that.”
