In October 2015, Tushaan co-founded Jiva Products Pty Ltd., a food and beverage company in Sydney, Australia. Subsequently, he joined Better Dental Pty Ltd. as a senior Dental Surgeon and in 2018, he became the Managing Director of the firm. In 2019, he became the founder and owner of BetterTeethCo.
