She is 8 years older than her husband Bhakhtyar Irani. Bhakhtyar and Tannaz have two children: a son, Zeus Irani, born on 20 March 2008, and a daughter, Zara Irani, born on 19 September 2011. Bhakhtyar is the stepfather to Zianne, daughter of Tannaz Irani, and her first husband, Farid Currim.

Relationships/Affairs

Tannaz started dating Bhakhtyar Irani before their marriage. The couple met for the first time on the sets of the singing reality show Celebrity Fame Gurukul in 2005. Gradually, they became romantically inclined towards each other. However, Bhakhtyar’s parents did not favour their son’s marriage to Tannaz as Tannaz was seven years older than Bhakhtyar. Bhakhtyar’s parents, Delnaaz and Paurus Irani came to his rescue and convinced their parents of their brother’s marriage, and eventually, the couple got married in 2007.

Career

Film

In 2000, Tanaaz made her debut with the film ‘Hadh Kar Di Apne’ in which she played the role of ‘Mrs. Bhaidas’ followed by the film ‘Kahoo Naa Pyaar Hai’ (2000) in which she played the role of ‘Neeta.’ She has made her appearances in films including, ‘Rehnaa Hai Tere Dil Mein’ (2001), ‘Main Prem Ki Deewani Hoon’ (2003), ’36 China Town’ (2006), ‘Roadside Romeo’ (2008), and ‘Golmaal’ (2010).

In 2002, she became the Runner-up of Mrs. India 2002. In 2006, she participated in a dance reality show ‘Nach Baliye 3’ with her husband Bhakhtyar Irani and secured the third position.
