He was born on 2 June 1985 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. His hometown is Palakkad, Kerala, India. Srinish always dreamt to become an actor. During his initial days, he struggled a lot. His dream comes true when Robert Runcie gave his chance to act in his short Tamil film Uyir Ezhuthu. From then, there is no looking back for him and he started playing lead roles in the TV serials. He is now one of the contestants of Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 1. He became the house captain for week 3 in that show.

He is a talented and hardworking guy with a great physique. He is a fitness freak and is approximately 5’ 8” tall and weighs around 70 kg. His chest is to be around 40 Inches, waist 32 Inches, and biceps 14 Inches. He has black eyes and hair.

After dating the Indian actor and TV host Pearle Maaney for a few months, the couple got married. They followed two marriage rituals first was on 5 May 2019 following Christian rituals, and the second was on 8 May 2019 following Hindu rituals. On 20 March 2021, the couple was blessed with a daughter.

Career
He did his schooling at JRK Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Chennai and did his bachelor’s degree in commerce at Guru Nanak College, Chennai. Because of his interest in the computer field, he joined the HCL company to get training in some IT related courses like Microsoft Certified System Engineer and Red Hat Certified Engineer. Srinish later joined the Balu Mahendra Institute of Film Technology, Chennai to nourish his acting skills. Before entering the entertainment industry, he used to work at Kindle Systems as a recruiter and at Vasan Healthcare as an Operations Executive.
He made his acting debut in 2014 with the Tamil short film Uyir Ezhuthu, in which he played the lead role. After that, he got the lead role of Sharan G Menon in the Malayalam TV serial Pranayam which gave his huge fame. In 2016, Srinish Aravind made his Tamil feature film debut with the film Kuttrame Thandanai, in which he played the role of Arun. He also acted in some other language TV serials like Vamsam (Tamil, 2017) and Naticharami (Telugu, 2018).
In 2018, he took part in the controversial reality TV show Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 1.
