Seerat Kapoor was born on Saturday, 3 April 1993 (age 30 years; as of 2023) in Mombasa, Kenya. Her zodiac sign is Aries. After completing her school studies at Podar International School, Seerat Kapoor enrolled at the R. D. Career

Choreographer

Seerat Kapoor’s career as a choreographer began in 2009 when she joined Ashley Lobo’s dance academy, The Danceworx, in Mumbai as a dance instructor. After working for two years with Ashley Lobo, Seerat made her choreographical debut with the 2011 Bollywood film Rockstar as an assistant choreographer.

Music video

Seerat Kapoor has not only choreographed several music videos but has also appeared in them. In 2018, she appeared in the Telugu music video Raaye Raaye alongside Ravi Teja.

In the same year, Seerat Kapoor was featured in the Spanish music video titled Vamos which also featured Raja Kumari, an Indian-born American rapper.

In 2021, she appeared in the Bollywood music video Slow Slow featuring Badshah.

In 2014, Seerat Kapoor made her acting debut in Bollywood with the film Zid, where she played the role of a character named Nancy.

In the same year, Seerat Kapoor debuted in the Telugu film industry with the film Run Raja Run, where she played the role of a character named Priya.

In 2015, Seerat Kapoor acted in two Telugu films Tiger and Columbus. In Tiger, she played the role of Ganga, and in Columbus, she played the role of Neeraja.

In 2017, Seerat Kapoor acted alongside the South Indian actor Akkineni Nagarjuna in the Telugu horror film Raju Gari Gadhi 2, where she played the role of Suhanisa.

In early 2022, it was announced that Seerat Kapoor will appear alongside Naseeruddin Shah and Tusshar Kapoor in the Bollywood murder mystery film Maarrich, which would be released on 9 December 2022.

In 2021, Seerat Kapoor made her debut in the Punjabi television industry with Chhoti Jathani, where she played the role of Savreen Kaur Bajwa.

In 2022, Seerat Kapoor appeared in her first Hindi TV serial Imlie, where she played the role of Cheeni. The serial was aired on StarPlus. Talking about her role, Seerat, during an interview, said,

I am so much excited to be a part of ‘Imlie’. It is one of the best shows on television, and we have got such a great team to work with. Cheeni as a character is really very complex and undoubtedly very confident. It is a very interesting character. It is not entirely as negative as perceived. It is just a modern educated girl, living her life who just thinks in a certain way, which has some things to it which make people think that this is very negative or selfish. But she is not negative and she really loves her family and her sister a lot. She has very strong opinions about a lot of different stuff. She is a really very genuine human being but with her own set of flaws and qualities, which has all been compiled all together.”
