He used to work as a house manager at the apartment of Late Sushant Singh Rajput. He was appointed by Rhea Chakraborty in 2019.

Controversy

After the demise of Late Sushant Singh Rajput on 14 June 2020, his name was involved in Sushant’s mysterious death. An FIR was registered against him and five others by the Central Bureau of Investigation on 7 August 2020. He was also questioned by the Mumbai Poilce, and later, he was summoned by the Enforcement Directorate. On 4 September 2020, he was detained by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) for his involvement in drugs in Sushant’s case. ^[3]Hindustan Times

• In January 2020, Samuel Miranda had texted Rhea Chakraborty,

Hi, can you give Dipesh Rs 17,000 for 2 bags of weed? 1 for us & another for him” to which Rhea replied, “Ya, we could.”

• One of his neighbours revealed that when Samuel was in school, he used to get involve in fights with local boys.

• Various media sources have confused Samuel Miranda with Samuel Haoip who is a lawyer and friend of Sushant and Rhea.
