Rituraj Singh was born Rituraj Singh Chandrawat Sisodia [2]Madhavi Narulla on Saturday, 23 May 1964 (age 59 years; at the time of death) in Kota, Rajasthan, India. His zodiac sign is Gemini. He did his schooling at Modern School on Barakhamba Road in New Delhi, India. He moved to the United States from Kota, Rajasthan, during his school days.

In 1989, he made his television debut with the television series ‘In Which Annie Gives It Those Ones’ as Arjun Kamat. In 1993, he played the role of Vikram in the television series Banegi Apni Baat.
In 1999, Rituraj Singh worked as a host in the Hindi TV game show, Tol Mol Ke Bol, which was aired on Zee TV. In 2001, he acted as Ajay Mittal in the TV series Kutumb on Sony Entertainment Television. In 2004, he played the role of Sanjay Doshi in the television show Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii on Star Plus.
In 2009, he played the role of Deven in some episodes of CID on Sony Entertainment Television. In 2011, he appeared as Kala Diwan Chandela in Zee TV’s show Hitler Didi. During the same year, he played the role of Mahendra Singh in the serial Diya Aur Baati Hum on Star Plus.
In 2013, Rituraj Singh appeared in Ekk Nayi Pehchaan as Sharda’s professor. Next year, he played Rajesh Vatsal in Satrangi Sasural. In 2023, he played the role of Yashpal in the serial Anupamaa on Star Plus.
