Resty Kamboj got married to Neha Bagga, an actor, at Woodville Palace Hotel in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, on 9 November 2023.

Relationships/Affairs

Resty dated Neha for a long period before marrying her in 2023. They first met during the shoot of the Punjabi film Reejhan (2019) for which Kamboj was working as an assistant director and Neha was the lead actress. At that time, Resty also made funny videos on TikTok. Resty approached Neha for collaboration over a funny video, which Neha agreed to. The first video they made together was on the comical song “Zindagi Barbad -Rinku Bhabhi.” The video earned Resty immense appreciation, and he once again approached Neha for collaboration. Eventually, the two fell in love and started dating.

On 19 September 2023, Resty got engaged to Neha Bagga in Turkey. The duo announced the engagement via Instagram by posting pictures of their memorable day.

Career

In 2015, he appeared in two episodes of NDTV’s What’s Your Choice, “Special Treatment for VIPs: It’s Time for a Change” and “How Chandigarh Reacts to Child Labour?.” In 2016, he played the role of Guri in the Hindi comedy web series Fuckar Niwas, which streamed on the YouTube channel of Kumar Films.

In the same year, he worked as a theatre artist in the play Jhopadpatti by Alankar Theatre Group.

He directed the Punjabi short films Perception (2017) and Sardar Saab The Great (2017) under the banner White Hill Music.

He worked as an assistant director on the Punjabi film Reejhan (2019), starring Neha Bagga. Simultaneously, he also made funny videos on TikTok. He would also share these videos on his other social media accounts. After the Indian government banned TikTok in June 2020, the duo started making reels on Instagram and posted videos on YouTube.

Later, Resty and Neha established an Instagram page titled Travel with Resty Neha and a YouTube channel titled Restynehavlogs, which feature their travel vlogs. Apart from that, they also ran their independent self-titled YouTube channels. The two started gaining immense popularity for their adorable couple videos and funny vlogs, and in 2021, they received YouTube’s Silver Play Button for their self-titled channels.

In 2021, he appeared in the music video of the song Bombay Nu Baraat by Ekam Bawa, along with Neha Bagga.

In 2022, Resty and Neha appeared in the music video of Deewane by Kamal Khan. In 2023, he starred in the Punjabi TV show Order Order on Tabbar Hits.

He appeared in the Punjabi comedy-drama film Mitran Da Naa Chalda (2023), starring Gippy Grewal, Tania, Raj Shokar, and Renu Kaushal.
