Aan Tiwari was born on Saturday, 25 November 2017 (age 6 years; as of 2023) in Mumbai. His zodiac sign is Sagittarius. His father hails from Sasaram, Bihar. Aan developed an interest in acting watching his director father working on sets. At the age of 4, he ventured into the entertainment industry as a child actor for the TV show Baal Shiv (2021-2022). In an interview, he revealed that he pursued his schooling on the sets during the breaks between the shots.

In 2021, Aan made his debut as a child actor with the Hindi mythological TV series Baal Shiv – Mahadev Ki Andekhi Gatha on &TV in which he played the role of the child version of Lord Shiva.

- In an interview, he said that he desired to become a singer, actor, and pilot after growing up. He said that he wanted to fly a helicopter and win a singing reality show. Aan also said that he regularly practices singing and avoids eating much ice cream to make his dream come true.
