Career
Parvesh played in the Under-14 school games, and his talent was recognized during the University Nationals when coach Jaivir Sharma spotted him. Following this, he joined the Sports Authority of India in Gandhinagar. He has participated in many domestic tournaments, representing both the Income Tax and Railway teams.

In 2020, he played with the Indian Railways team and won gold in the 67th Senior National Kabaddi Championship. In 2022, he, along with his team, won a trophy and gold medal at the 69th Men’s Senior National Kabaddi Championships.

In 2019, he participated as a member of the Indian Kabaddi team and won gold in the 13th South Asian Games in Kathmandu, Nepal. In June 2023, he was a part of the Indian Kabaddi team which won gold at the 11th Asian Kabaddi Championship held in Busan, South Korea.

In 2023, Parvesh was a member of the Indian team that secured a gold medal in the Asian Games finals in Hangzhou, China. The team emerged victorious in a controversial final, defeating Iran with a score of 33-29.
Pro Kabaddi League
Parvesh’s appearance in the national team drew the attention of the Jaipur Pink Panthers, who recruited him for Season 4 of the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL). In 2016, Parvesh Bhainswal made his Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) debut as a player of the Jaipur Pink Panthers team.

In 2017, at the auction for PKL season 5, he was bought by the Gujarat Fortune Giants team for Rs 25 lakhs. In season 5, he earned 48 tackle points in 24 matches with 4 Super Tackles. In season 6 of PKL, he sold again to Gujarat Fortune Giants for Rs 35 lakhs. During the 6th season of the Pro Kabaddi League, he delivered an impressive performance. He achieved his personal highest tackle score with 86 tackle points in 25 matches, including 4 Super Tackles. In 2019, he earned 55 tackle points in 22 matches in PKL season 7. In 2021, he was retained as a member of Gujarat Giants in season 8 of PKL.
In the 2022 season 9 of the Pro Kabaddi League, he was sold for Rs 62 lakhs and Parvesh Bhainswal played for the Telugu Titans in the Pro Kabaddi League, showcasing his skills as a left cover and earning six High 5s in 21 games. Parvesh was retained by Telugu Titans in the August 2023 Auctions for PKL 10.
