Meenal Saahu is an Indian actress, dancer, and model, who mainly works in Hindi and Tamil films. She is known for playing the role of Mumtaz in the Hindi-language gangster-thriller web series Mai Hero Boll Raha Hu (2021), which streamed on ZEE5 and ALTBalaji.

Meenal Sahu was born on Monday, 27 March 1995 (age 28 years; as of 2023) in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. Her zodiac sign is Aries.

She did her schooling at Krishna Public School, Raipur. Meenal was inclined towards dance from a young age and when she was in class 6, her mother enrolled her in Bharatnatyam classes. Later, she trained in various dance forms. Growing up, she desired to become a model. While Meenal was in class 11, she started giving tuition to the students of junior classes in Raipur. Although Meenal got admission in K. C. College, Mumbai, after pursuing her class 12, her father did not allow her to move to Mumbai at such a young age. Meanwhile, her father got transferred to Delhi, where Meenal pursued her graduation. During her college days, Meenal started belly dancing with Mehar Malik. Meenal Sahu started her career as a dancer with Shiamak Davar’s Institute For The Performing Arts. She was associated with the institute for around 5 years. As a part of Shiamak Davar’s dancing crew, Meenal performed as a background dancer at many big events and award shows like IIFA 2016 and Zee Cine Awards 2018.
