After earning a degree in electrical engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Warangal, he worked as a senior manager in the product quality department of commercial vehicles at Tata Motors in Pune for about one and a half years. In 2017, he decided to pursue his entrepreneurial aspirations in Bengaluru (also called Bangalore) and consequently resigned from his position at Tata Motors. At the age of 23, Kritesh incorporated his first company, Dailyraven Technologies Private Limited. Trade Brains was initially founded as a website with the aim of increasing awareness about the stock market; however, the platform’s offerings were later expanded to include stock market analytics and market news, which proved to be a successful move as the company attracted over one million visitors every month. Under the guidance of Kritesh, the Trade Brains team has grown from a single member to a thriving team of over thirty-five individuals; moreover, it has established a strong presence on social media with more than 500K followers across multiple platforms including Instagram and YouTube. In April 2022, Kritesh launched FinGrad, Trade Brains’ sister site. FinGrad is an online financial learning platform that offers a plethora of stock market courses and aims to be a one-stop destination for comprehensive financial education.
