Ivana made a debut in the Malayalam film industry as a child actress by working in the action thriller film Masters (2012).

In 2016, she played the role of Anu Raghu, the daughter of the lead character in the film Anuraga Karikkin Vellam. In 2022, she appeared in the film Bhayankaram. She played the role of Diya in the film.
