Binu Adimali was born on Wednesday, 20 October 1976 (age 46 years; as of 2022) in Adimali village in Idukki district of Kerala, India. His zodiac sign is Libra. He was interested in mimicry since childhood and used to participate in local school competitions. He studied till 12th standard and did not pursue further education to support his family. He formed a mimicry group Adimali Sagara with his friends and started working at local shows as a comedian and mimicry artist and also worked as a painter during the off-season. He later ventured into the Malayalam entertainment industry, primarily as a comedian.

Facts/Trivia
- On the morning of 5 June 2023, around 4:30 pm, he was travelling with his friends, Ullas Aroor, Kollam Sudhi, and Mahesh. Their car collided with a pickup truck near Panambikunnu in Kaipamangalam village in Thrissur, Kerala.
