Together, they have four children. In 1996, she gave birth to twin girls but one of them died. In 1997, she had another daughter. In 2003, she gave birth to twin boys.

Controversy

In 2013, she and her husband were booked in a case of forgery and cheating. The case was registered at Lucknow’s Aliganj police station by former public relations officer (PRO) Rajeev Kumar Yadav. Yadav alleged that in 2009, Raghuraj Pratap Singh opened a bank account in his name and submitted forged documents and signatures. He further claimed that the manager of HDFC bank’s Aliganj branch Waliullah Sarvar Ali helped Raghuraj open the account without verifying the documents and their signatures. The case was registered under IPC sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 which include charges of forgery of valuable security and cheating by impersonation. ^[1]The Indian Express

Facts/Trivia

• On 7 November 2007, she was appointed as the director of Shree Da Properties Private Limited.

• In February 2023, she filed a case against Uttar Pradesh legislator Akashy Pratap Singh accusing him of fraudulently obtaining majority shares in the company Shree Da Properties Private Limited. In the complaint, she said,
  

  Akshay Pratap Singh obtained majority shares of the company by forging her digital signature and also appointed herself and her associates as directors of the company.”

Akshay along with 5 others were accused at Delhi Police’s Economic Offences Wing. The case was registered under IPC sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 109 and 120B on Bhanvi’s complaint.

• In April 2023, her husband Raghuraj filed a divorce from her claiming mental cruelty and desertion. The next hearing of the case is scheduled on 23 May 2023. The court gave Bhanvi time to respond because the divorce was not filed on mutual grounds. In the divorce case, he claimed that Bhanvi left the marital house and was not living with him. He further stated that his family was going through many problems after she filed false accusations against his brother. Reportedly, their relationship started to worsen when Raghuraj took a stand for his brother against his wife.
