In 2014, she participated in the competitive cooking reality television game show ‘MasterChef Pakistan Season 1.’ The show was aired on Urdu1. In the live cooking challenge round, she presented a cold dish. She was the only contestant in the show who was never placed in the elimination round. On 27 July 2014, she was declared the winner of the show. On winning, she received Pakistani Rupee 5,000,000 and a cookbook deal. She also got a free supply of Ariel for five years. In an interview, when she was asked how she got an inspiration to become a chef, she replied,
I started watching MasterChef USA and MasterChef Australia and I used to follow them religiously. While watching these shows I could picture myself standing in the MasterChef kitchen at my own cooking counter.”

In 2022, she judged the Pakistani cooking TV show ‘The Kitchen Master,’ which aired on Express TV. In 2023, one of the auditions of a contestant from The Kitchen Master went viral on various social media platforms in which the contestant presented a dish infront of the judges, which she bought from a shop near her home.
