Film
Ahmad started his acting career with the Malayalam film ‘Best Actor’ in 2010 and played the role of Comedy.
After his debut film, he started appearing in Pakistani films that include 3 Bahadur (2015), Jawani Phir Nahi Ani (2015), 3 Bahadur: The Revenge of Baba Balaam (2016), Punjab Nahi Jaungi (2017), and Parey Hut Love (2019).

In 2016, Ahmad started his television career with the television show ‘Dulha Mil Gaya’ (2016) in which he played the role of Imran Ahmed.
Later, he appeared in Pakistani sitcoms like Jutt and Bond (2001), Rubber Band (2005), Inspector Khoji (2006), and Mr Shamim (2014).

Ahmad started his music career in the 1990s with his band ‘Band Entity’ as a vocalist in the band. After some time, his band got merged with actor Fawad Khan’s band, ‘Paradigm.’ They named the band ‘Entity Paradigm.’ In 2007, the band split up after giving some amazing performances, and Ahmad started his own band, ‘Rubber Band.’ However, even after working hard, he could not receive the success that he was receiving with Fawad Khan. In 2009, he again merged with the ‘Paradigm band,’ and in 2010, the band appeared in Coke Studio (Pakistani season 3).
Controversy
In 2021, Ahmad’s attracted controversy after he responded to singer Ali Azmat who had insulted Ahmad’s grandmother Noor Jehan in an interview. [2]Bol News Ahmad talked about this in an Instagram post and said,
