Career
When she was 16 years old, she got into a contract with ONE Championship on September 30, 2020, to play in the Atomweight division. In 2020, when she was in high school, she won a Hawaii High School Athletic Association championship in the 117-pound weight. She made her debut in ONE Championship on September 30, 2021, against Sunisa Srisan and won in the second round in the ONE Championship 129: Fists Of Fury event. On July 30, 2021, she fought her second fight and won against Wang Luping in the first round of the ONE Championship 139: Battleground event. She played her third fight on September 24, 2021, against Victoria Souza at ONE Championship 143: Revolution event and won in the second round.

On January 7, 2023, her older sister Angela Lee announced Victoria’s death on Instagram. She posted a picture of her and wrote,
On December 26, 2022, our family experienced something no family should ever have to go through. It is incredibly difficult to say this. Our Victoria passed away.

Facts/Trivia
- When she started training, she used to take training from her brother-in-law Bruno Pucci and her father at United MMA Gym in Hawaii. She also received a lot of support from the Evolve MMA academy.
- In 2021, she took a break from fighting and started focusing on her studies. In an interview, she talked about this and said,
When I was fighting throughout the school year, it was definitely pretty difficult to juggle, like the timing of school and training, as well as the homework.”
- Following her death, it was reported that the United MMA Hawaii gym owned and run by Victoria Lee’s family was permanently shut down.
- Victoria was also a model for the brand Victoria’s Secret.
