Career
In 2009, Roshni Rastogi started working as a theatre artist in Lucknow. After working in theatre in Lucknow for three years, she moved to Mumbai.

She made her acting debut in 2011 in the Hindi entertainment industry with the show Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon as Preetika aka Preeto.
In 2013, she appeared in the Channel V Hindi show Crazy Stupid Ishq. Roshni rose to prominence in 2015 after she landed the role of a character named Rani Chauhan Agarwal/Raniya in the StarPlus TV show Mere Angne Mein.

While working in Mere Angne Mein, Rastogi appeared in a Gujarati film. In 2017, she landed a lead role in a Hindi short film titled Songs of Separation. In 2018, she bagged the role of an antagonist named Urvashi Vinayak Kundra in the daily soap Siddhivinayak; she worked in the serial till 2019. She later landed a role in the Star Bharat soap opera Ishq Sufiyana. On 2 May 2023, she appeared in Suhaagan, a TV show, in which she played the role of a character named Rekha.
