Neha Mahajan was born on Saturday, 18 August 1990 (age 33 years; as of 2023) in Talegaon Dabhade, Pune, Maharashtra. After completing her schooling at Talegaon Balvikas School, Pune, she pursued theatre and acting at Trimble Tech High School in Texas on a scholarship. Career
Neha started her acting career when the award-winning directors Sumitra Bhave and Sunil Sukathanar noticed her and cast her in their Hindi short film Bewaqt Barish (2007), while she was still studying. [4]Neha Mahajan She made her English debut with Deepa Mehta‘s Midnight’s Children (2012), an adaptation of Salman Rushdie‘s novel. In 2014, Neha grabbed a Marathi film, Ajoba and her Hindi debut, Feast of Varanasi. She enacted the role of Abha in the Marathi classic Coffee Ani Barach Kahi (2015), which won her awards as well as appreciation. Neha Mahajan has appeared in many more Marathi movies, such as Nilkanth Master (2015), Aai Tujha Aashirwad (2016), Friends (2016), Youth (2016), One Way Ticket (2016), and Tujha Tu Majha Mi (2017).

She made her Malayalam film debut with The Painted House (2015). She is also known for her performance in Rohit Shetty’s Simba (2018), Deepa Mehta’s Leila (2019), and Chris Hemsworth starrer Extraction (2020). In an interview, she talked about her career in films and said,
Whatever roles I have done, I consider it as my learning process and it will continue to be so and therefore every role I do will continue to be so and whatever role is challenging for me as an actress I will accept. And if you ask me about the hit film at the start of my career, the basic story of Coffee ani Barach Kahi was a simple love story that everyone could relate to it easily. I have got another role like this in Siddhant too.”

Controversy
Neha did a topless scene for a Malayalam movie which somehow got leaked. Talking about the same in an interview, she said that she had a word with her parents in-prior, and there was nothing vulgar about that scene. - Neha’s favourite season is Monsoon, and she enjoys getting drenched in the first sprinkle every year. Speaking about the same in an interview, she said,
Monsoon is my favourite season and I always drench myself with the first shower and even if monsoon comes every year the feeling of getting wet in the first shower is something else. I like to take long walks on the seashore while it’s raining and I will never forget these experiences.”
