Nandha made his TV acting debut in 1997 with the Tamil serial ‘Premi’ as Govind. The serial was aired on Sun TV.
In 2021, he participated in Zee Tamil’s reality TV show ‘Survivor Tamil.’
In 2002, he made his acting debut with the Tamil film ‘Mounam Pesiyadhe’ in which he played the role of Kannan.
He then appeared in a few other Tamil films like ‘Selvam’ (2005), ‘Eeram’ (2009), ‘Athithi’ (2014), ‘Thaana Serndha Kootam’ (2018), and ‘Paramapadham Vilayattu’ (2021).

He is the co-producer of the Tamil talk show ‘Sun Naam Oruvar’ (2018). Under Rana Productions, he directed a Tamil film titled ‘Laththi’ (2022).
