Career

On 23 February 2018, she started working as a reporter with the Pakistani news channel Neo News HD. After working there for a year, she worked as a reporter at news channel Lahore Rang.

In 2021, she recreated the viral video ‘Yeh humaari car hai, aur yeh hum hai. Aur yeh humari pawri ho rahi hai,’ which was originally made by the Pakistani social media influencer Dananeer Mobeen. The video amassed millions of views on social media.

Viral Slap Video

On 10 July 2022, her video went viral in which she was seen slapping a boy while she was reporting during the Eid al-Adha festival in Pakistan. In an interview, while talking about the viral video, she said,

This guy was bothering a family during the interview, which made the family upset. I first tried to nicely tell him that his behaviour was not good, but it fell on deaf ears and he resorted to bothering the family even more. I, therefore, decided that the boy’s behaviour should no longer be tolerated.”
