Soon after completing his school studies, he pursued a diploma in Digital Electronics at Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute of Technology, New Delhi. Later, he pursued a B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering at KIIT College of Engineering, Gurgaon, India.

In 2017, Jatt Prabhjot started his YouTube channel ‘Jatt Prabhjot,’ and the first video he uploaded on the channel was “Leh Ladakh Trailer.” Jatt Prabhjot creates vlogs related to lifestyle, travel, and superbikes. As of 2022, Jatt Prabhjot has more than 3 million subscribers on his YouTube channel.

In October 2022, Jatt Prabhjot went on a road trip to Nepal from New Delhi on a bike. On 25 October 2022, Jatt Prabhjot was travelling in the Dhading district of Nepal. He was riding a Kawasaki H2 motorcycle. The bike was overspeeding, and as soon as he took a turn, he lost control of his bike and collided with an elderly Nepali man named Bahadur Sheetal. They were immediately taken to a hospital. While Jatt Prabhjot was seriously injured, the 79-year-old Nepali man succumbed to his injuries on his way to the hospital; Prabhjot was admitted to Kathmandu Metro Hospital, Nepal. Later, a case was filed against Jatt Prabhjot by the Nepal police.

• In an interview, Prabhjot Singh expressed interest in producing his travel web series. While explaining the same, Prabhjot said,
  

  It was not hard to accept, it was hard to express. I went to my family and friends and presented them with something that they never expected to hear from me. A story, creativity and a desire to get my dreams a living, moving, lively life. I presented them that I want to create a web series and all of them stood their awe-stuck. • On 3 November 2021, Jatt Prabhjot played a friendly football match at the Jamnabai Grounds, Mumbai to celebrate the legacy of Argentine professional footballer Diego Maradona. In the match, Prabhjot played for the team Maradona: Blessed Team, which included players like Awez Darbar, RJ Abhinavv, Zaid Darbar, Viraj Ghelani, Ranveer Allahbadia, and Karan Sonawane. Other members of the latter team were Ranbir Kapoor, Ahan Shetty, Shoojit Sircar, Vivian D’sena, and Leander Paes. In a media interview, the founder of All Stars Football Club, Bunty S Walia, while talking about the match, said,
