Death

Baiju Paravoor passed away on 26 June 2023 at the age of 42, allegedly due to food poisoning. On 24 June 2023, he went to Kozhikode to discuss a film project, and while returning to Kollam, he had food at a restaurant following which he complained of physical discomfort and chest pain. He went to a hospital near his wife’s home in Kunnamkulam on 24 June 2023 and came home on 25 June 2023; however, he again complained of physical discomfort and was admitted to a hospital in Kuzhuppilly. When his condition worsened, he was taken to a hospital in Kochi where he passed away on the morning of 26 June 2023, and his funeral was held in the evening of 26 June 2023. [3]Mathrubhumi
