Anntonia Porsild began her career as a model in 2019 by participating in the Miss Supranational Thailand 2019 beauty pageant, where she earned the title of Miss Supranational Thailand 2019. Following her win, she went on to represent Thailand at the Miss Supranational 2019 pageant. During the Miss Universe Thailand press conference on 6 May 2023, Anntonia was selected as a contestant for Miss Universe Thailand, scheduled for 20 August 2023. She represented Nakhon Ratchasima province, her mother’s family hometown, and later won the title of Miss Universe Thailand 2023.

She went on to represent Thailand at Miss Universe 2023 held in El Salvador and secured the position of 1st Runner-up. This marked Thailand’s highest placement since 1988 in the Miss Universe competition.
